I’ve got my fingers crossed.
I have a feeling it will.
I hope it doesn’t, and I don’t see how this could even get put on the ballot. What is this, a loss leader in order to get people to to the polls to vote for Democrats?
For once, I thought California had it right when they voted for the prop that protected marriage from being sodomized.
It will certainly pass. The last opinion poll I saw had it leading by over 6%. The hard part is not getting reasonable people to pass the bill but getting the bill on the ballot at all.
If it does pass it won’t be because of non-stoners, that’s for sure.
we just sent in our ballots YES on 19 – and we also go to tea parties, so we’re conservatives – more are voting yes but won’t admit it!
NO PROP 19 MARIJUANA IS FOR LOSERS!
just playin’. I Voted Yes on 19 and have already sent in my absentee. I heard on the news today that approx 51% of California voters will send in their ballots this year. Which still leaves the other half to decide at the polls on November 2nd. All the polls that have been taken so far have shown a lead for Prop 19, which gives me hope. The real problem is that Marijuana will still be ILLEGAL on a federal level, and federal law supersedes state law. The Feds can step in if it passes and sew the state to overturn. I dont think that will actually going to happen though. So come November WE WILL KNOW FOR SURE!
Will pass for sure prop 215 passed way back in 1996 with about 60% of the votes were in 2010 now and weed is way more popular now than ever ! so this will pass with around 70% of votes but people wont be able to sell $50 1/8ths no more it will be like 20$ a ounce for some kush
I hope it passes! I would love to smoke in the front yard and not keep it so private!
I hope the price goes down.
I think this time it will pass, but only because no one has read the prop and will be voting for a lie…
Don’t get me wrong I read the bill and I am voting for it… I don’t smoke pot, but our state and every government within our State is in financial trouble…
By selling everyone on a proposition that “legalizes” pot they can get it passed… then, like the Patriot Act and the soon to be discovered Health Care Law… The truth will come out and everyone that voted for it will feel like a smuck
Tons of money will be made, to bail out our governments with both the Health Care Law and Prop 19…
Next year 212 billion dollars in extra income tax will be taken from the working man from just 1 of the 16 tax generators in the HealthCare bill…
The same course is designed into Prop 19…
Prop 19 makes it illegal for 18 to 20 year olds to possess…
It makes it illegal to smoke around under 18s
It makes it illegal to GIVE it away
AND it encourages People to plant 25 sq ft of Pot for their personal use… here’s the catch… “personal use” is limited to 1 ounce and 25 sq ft can be seen by the cop copters
It will generate millions for our cities, whose police helicopters can pick at will, our counties will make money housing the new criminals pending trial and the State will make money for bringing them into court…
Since I don’t smoke, I see it as a great way to generate money for the State, so I’m going make an informed vote of YES right Next to all the uninformed voters that have been lied to again and are too stupid to read before they vote
