There shouldn’t be any physical symptoms, as marijuana is not physically addictive. You might be experiencing some psychosomatic problems, however.
You should try to exercise, which will help with all of your symptoms.
I smoked for a lot longer, and a lot more (per day) than you prior to joining the Navy, and it was a piece of cake, quitting. No problems at all.
Good luck.
k well it is normal symptoms except next is deppresion which lasts aweek then everything gets back to normal unless you smoke weed again because your body after that will take longer to rehablitate but dont go to a doc for help or your in the slammer for sure
uh, i dont know what you were smoking, but marijuana is not addicting. its not like cigarettes where you get with-drawel symptoms or some other drug. you were never addicted to weed and you never will be its just impossible. its just all in your head that you need it when you really dont since its not addicting.
I am guessing a few weeks or a few months. When ever you feel the need to smoke then try doing something else and that might help the withdrawals!!
For the most part…it’s all in your head man. I no what you mean about the sleep though.
but why quit? it’s a great plant that enjoys being smoked
Really depends on who you are. There are no physical symptoms of quitting so it’s going to be all mental. The best way of describing your withdrawal symptoms is like someone who really likes cake. They have eaten cake everyday for a while and now they want to quit cold turkey. A simpler way to put it is if you had sex every day for a month and then stopped. It’s the same kind of withdrawal, and is all in your head. I think most addictions these days are make it or break it because of your mental situation. I have heard that the reason cigarettes are so hard to quit is more mental than physical addiction.
