How do you think the Obama administration will react when California legalizes Marijuana in November?
Isurvive either you are a very stupid troll which seems the most likely, or you are the most uneducated person who I have ever seen answer questions.
Marijuana users are not addicts Marijuana is more useful than aspirin.

Well California has a REPUBLICAN Governor…who campaigned for Bush and McCain. I dont know why people keep forgetting that.
The white house is getting relocated to California.
It won’t be part of USA, so he won’t care
I think they already said they weren’t going to interfere with medical marijuana, unlike Bush, who ignored the Constitution.
He will treat you guys like the folks in AZ. Unless he thinks he might get a vote out of it.
Spark one up and celebrate.
If that happens I got $20.00 to place a bet on where Air Force One will land within 24 hrs.
How should they react? Because I don’t get the connection. If they legalize it, what is the government supposed to do??
Addicts want to kill themselves. Let them.
He will move the White House to California so he doesn’t have to take the secret service to the back alley’s in Washington so he can make his purchases.~
Guess Michelle will swap the roses in the garden and plant some of the good bud.
California wil probably forget to put it on the ballot.
IF it passes (I am not holding my breath.. ) the fed gov will be forced to make a more concrete decision. Either the feds will be having a hay day busting everyone, or Obama will have to make an official law (policy, whatever) that prevents the feds from interfering with state law, or forced to decriminalize it federally.
Of course, I also expect that if the vote does go through, it will be challenged in the courts… and if it goes to the supreme court, I expect they will not uphold the vote.
I’d expect some form of legal injunction, as it directly contradicts federal law, and can’t get away with the “medical” exception. Lots of things can be made exempt for medical purposes.
But I also find it doubtful that legalization will actually pass. If anything, it may draw more attention to those abusing the medical exceptions, and there could be a backlash against even those.
Maybe we can get back a little of that “free country” that we have lost.
Here are some FACTS:
“More deaths are caused each year by TOBACCO use than by all deaths from human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), ILLEGAL DRUG USE, alcohol use, motor vehicle injuries, suicides, and murders COMBINED.”

Here is a very well thought-out essay on the irrational views of supporters of the War on Drugs.
The author deals with the most common, and extremely flawed, arguments in favor of Drug Prohibition.

Milk is a “gateway” to bourbon?
FBI Director Robert Mueller admits, on television, that NO deaths have been attributed to Marijuana:

Alcohol use kills approximately 80,000 Americans annually.

Hopefully they shit bricks when they realize how much money can be made from legalizing marijuana.
