History: In 1610’s Jamestown, can we assume that servents working on hemp farms smoked a lot of marijuana?
I know it was used primarily for canvas and stuff, but they knew they could smoke it right?

Yes. George Washington grew hemp, and he separated the male and female plants. (Washington wasn’t at Jamestown, I’m just saying he did.)
Doubtful. Tobacco was way more popular, and hemp as a fiber crop has very low psychoactive value. Plus, they would likely harvest it before it flowered. Not saying it didn’t happen at all…I just doubt it was stonercentral.
