@BarakTheLiar1 I have a couple of brands Im supposed to be reviewing that aren’t banned in any of the states. In fact, the next review I should be doing is of sakina herbal. None of their products are banned and they even say on the site, “will never be banned in the US”. I have tried them and will let you know in the review, but I can already tell you that I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks for being my first subscriber! @HerbalBlendsReview Yeah, I hope so. I know Mr. Miyagi Incense Blend is one product that claims to not contain any JWH and has similar effects to the main incenses. Personally I’m usually looking up the matter of the JWH and what companies are doing to “go around” the 2011 ban. I’m hoping they come up with something. Anyways, I’m looking forward to the reviews. Thats exactly why most companies have already found an alternative to jwh-018 so that they can ship to the states where it is already banned. There is no federal law against jwh or any of the chemicals used for these incenses. The products are universally known as Herbal Blend Incense. Yes obviously there is incense that does not get you high, but all the brands I am currently reviewing do. I am sure that the U.S will place the banhammer on all of these chemicals, but not as soon.@BarakTheLiar1
And by the way, all products that contain jwh-018 are going to be banned in the US as of Jan. 1, 2011.
Herbal blends and herbal incense are two different things. The MAJORITY of herbal blends DO NOT contain any chemicals including the chemical that gets you “high” (jwh-018.) Herbal blends are just a mixture of herbs made for smoking, herbal incense, which contains the chemical jwh-018, jwh-073, or other chemicals, are not made for human consumption. Most herbal blends are made for human consumption. Herbal incense blends are just herbal blends that include the chemicals jwh, ect.
