After only managed to get an overview of this impressive tome, I came away impressed thorougly. by far the most comprehensive book on the subject, this book should become indispensable. in a field dominated by people like Ed Rosenthal, Jorge Cervantes, it is beautiful, a work that more than any academic e. see r. or c. J. are inclined to churn (not that they are not good in a great service to the public!) if you have the time and are serious about growing, this will work to solve many nagging questions and problems you can have in a professional and well-organized manner.
