The light is too far from theplant. Or light isnt strong enough. Orr its not getting enough hours of light

try about 4 wal mart regular energy bulbs they work great just move them to about 4 inches from the plant and they will do a bit better

they look ,over watered, 2 times a week for that size potter

Get some 42 w cfls at least 4. build a reflector with card board and dull side tin foil. Keep your lights 2 inches off the top of your plants as they grow. Get a small fan on those babies too. This will get you branching more and shorter, bushier healthier plant. Those seedling leaves should be falling off at 2 weeks due to stalk thickening and working on 4th set of real leaves. your at 31 days with a little knowledge you’d be at 12″ but waaay bushier and more bud sites to flower.

….if your being serious about what day your on im amazed. those were my plants on day 5-6.
