Marc Emery is being extradited to the US because he sold marijuana seeds on his website to US customers. He received a $2000 fine for this in Canada but in the US he could face 5 years in jail. This is an issue of Canadian Soverienty and Mr. Emery should not be subjected to US laws for a “crime” he committed in Canada.
