Fed law exemptions: marijuana legal, but illegal immigration is legal?
Can someone please explain to me how marijuana sales, illegal under federal law, are going to be made legal – but all the various forms of illegal immigration / entry / residency are legal?
How is it OK for California to make pot legal – against federal law – but it’s not OK for Arizona to maintain immigration laws that are federal law? I’m not conservative, liberal, black, white, animal, vegetable or mineral – I just want to understand how that works. No armchair pundits unless you use a real source, please.
All I can say is I share your confusion!
i don’t think the fed law states illegally crossing the border is legal, they are saying states don’t enforce the fed laws… believe me, trying to get clear logic out of any of our political entities is almost impossible
cause this country of ours is F**KED UP!!
I would like to know the answer to your question as well~~
maybe cause they both go hand in hand~~? if not for one? we wouldn’t have the other?
so I’ll be checking back for more answers to this very interesting question, of yours!
because states have rights…as long as the Feds like what they are making legal.
STFU if ur not native american ur an immigrant too and i would love to see what all of u would do if all illegals left…god forbid a white person would have to pick vegetables…im just curious as to who would be the next scapegoat for americans since all u guys know how to do is point fingers for the nations problems
