Even if prop 19 passes why is it still illegal under federal law?
Even if it pass, why is it still illegal under federal law? Any good explanations? Does it mean that you can’t grow it on California or something??!! Enlightened me please with good facts, your opinions and arguments. No dumb answers please or answer it just for points.

federal law supercedes state law. so if prop 19 passes, it means that the state of california won’t be coming after you. but the feds still could. however, a year ago Obama told the DEA not to pursue minor marijuana offenses.
STATE LAW CAN’T SUPERSEDE FEDERAL LAW. How many times have you read about this on here that you have not read that? If you say that isn’t a good answer then too bad, because that is in the U.S. Constitution. The State can make anything legal by STATE laws, but that doesn’t make it legal.
