I have been in a party with hookah where a couple of recovered heroin addicts were present. Later when I thought about it, one of them have multiple lip piercings so i dont know if he has blood on his lips, and we shared a hookah pipe. if he had HIV, is it possible to transmit it through sharing such a smoking device? what about a marijuana joint?

i dont think so. it can be transmitted through blood, but most likely his lip wasnt bleeding. im sure you wouldve noticed blood on the hookah before you took a hit
thats why i dont smoke that hookay stuff anymore. it makes you paranoid. but that was a legit question. i wouldnt worry
