Do young marijuana plants smell like the mature ones?
I bought a house on a one acre, wooded lot in a rural part of central Michigan last Fall. I have several plants that somewhat look like young marijuana. However, I haven’t looked too closely though because the crushed leaves did’t smell anything like a Led Zeppelin tribute band concert. Now I’m wondering if I might be wrong… Is the unique odor present in the plant even when young?
The young plants smell nothing like what you smoke. Its also pretty easy to confuse regular ditch weed with the good stuff.
no they don’t smell when they’re little. they don’t really start smelling until they start showing sex. you’ll have to wait until they’re 1-2 month old or about 1-2+ feet tall. also by this time, if they are marijuana, you’ll notive either little white hairs(female) or little balls(male) at the base of every little/big branch/stem.
The awnser is no, marijuana plants do really have any smell to it at all until flowering, which if there odors, wont before a couple months.
hope it helps 🙂
