Do you think weed should be made legal for medical use for people with chronic pain and illness?
Do you think the government should clear usage of Weed for medicinal purposes.. states like colorado California Utah.. have such legislation in place already. Ohio is on the verge… what about Nation wide ?
While the legal gap decreases with every state victory, there remains a prevalent misconception that marijuana is a... Read More »

Yes, why should people suffer when there is a way to help?
should be legal period
legalize it don’t criticize it
I think anyone over 18 should be able to use it. Other methods besides smoking it should be researched.
who cares
The best drug for the job at hand should be used. If that drug is marijuana then that’s the drug that should be used.
it is already legal. it comes in a pill form that can be prescribe by the doctor
yes everyone should have it it will make you happy
they should but i doubt it will happen. even the states (i think 12 of them now) citizens that have medicinal marijuana exemptions still face prosecution from the federal government. it’s absurd and needs to change.
I the government makes it legal look out for taxes! It’s cheap, easy to get, easy to hide, why make it legal? So they can make it really expensive and put a bunch of rridiculoustaxes on it?
No, I think that weed should be legalized and taxed by the government. I am NOT a pot smoker, but I see no reason that it should not be legalized & taxed. If they taxed pot, the drug dealers would not be making a crap load of money & blowing it on cars & guns, then the government would have more cash to spend on unemployment, bailouts of the economy & US defense. So I am all for making it a profitable enterprise, taking the dealing off the streets since there would be no need for it. Its not like most other drugs & should be legal jsut like alcohol & cigarettes.
It’ll never happen.
Pharmaceutical companies are making WAY too much money off of the sick and dying by selling pills and have their hands so deep in government that they’d never allow a law to pass that would give people a choice of how to treat their symptoms.
I think that even if you don’t have a problem, you should have the freedom to do to yourself whatever you want. But even the privacy of our own homes is leaving us now…
Yes, but it’s not completely legal even in states with legislation permitting medical marijuana–people are often arrested on federal charges. Nationwide legality would be much better. I’m not sure why marijuana still holds so many taboos. Legalization would eliminate the problems associated with the importation and distribution, not to mention quality control. I’m not a user, but I understand that marijuana is often laced with other substances.
I am a heavy smoker of the ganja and live in California where it is Semi legal. I still don’t want it legal. MOST people can’t function properly under the influence of weed.it is not totally leagal anywhere in the USA. only locally the federal law says still says no weed for anyone which is why only certain states have the option for medical use.
Yes, and I think it is legal in Canada for medicinal purposes.
It’s not going to be with the federal government.
State laws say it’s ok, but the feds always crack down. It’s a real shame.
