Hemp is grown quite differently from marijuana. Moreover, it is harvested at a different time than marijuana. Finally, cross-pollination between hemp plants and marijuana plants would significantly reduce the potency of the marijuana plant.

If they did the cartel would have to move to the states, only America hasn’t realized that if they made drug available and for free 99% OF DEATHS would stop the very first day no more crime just a bunch of zoned out druggies laying around overdosing everywhere what a wonderfully site that would be.

I don’t understand how liquor and tobacco can be legal yet weed can’t.
The gov. says that since it has no positive health effects it shouldn’t be legal, but tobacco has been proven to cause cancer and has no positive health effects.
Plus if weed was legalized it would stimulate the economy by introducing a new industry that would probably be “HIGHLY” successful.
