I know you do have to be 18 to buy one at a head shop, but what if I buy one online?? Does someone who is 18 have to sign for it or something? (in california)

Plus it would be hard to order something online without a credit card, which requires you to be at least 18.
hell just make one and save that cash for weed
cut the top off of a 3 liter bottel and the bottom off of a 2 liter bottle, fill 3 liter with water about 2 inches from the top. poke some holes in a bit of tin foil and twist it tight around the 2 liter top, fill with herb
light herb , pull up, remove foil carefully, and put mouth over the top and press down
you will never waste cash on a bong again
and eventually figure out a better bowl than the tinfoil. cause its not the best thing to smoke with long term
