Did voters in california who wanted prop 19 to pass not vote?
Did you want the law to pass but simply forgot to vote because you forgot or just wanted to do something else? Do you not like to vote?

No. A lot of people are ignorant and don’t understand the substance.
A lot of pot smokers and growers voted no because they wouldn’t be able to carry more than an ounce or grow in an area over 25 sq ft. They have smoked themselves retarded, however. Nobody who isn’t an utter pot head needs more than an ouce at a time or more than just a few plants for personal use.
If prop 19 had been voted on during a presidential race, it probably would have passed. Too many people ignore the gubernatorial elections because they don’t see them as “important enough”
