NO they did not
Will that be your new vacation Spot !
It’s about time all states followed suit. Making drug laws federal law is an outrage.
Yes it did.
Good for them. Michigan legalized medical use also.
Yes, but that is different from making it legal. Decriminalizing means it is a fine and doesn’t go on your record. It is like speeding, you get a ticket and thats it.
The fine is 100 bucks if you are carrying less than 1 ounce. More and it is still jail time.
yes they did. and i voted for it too. if found with a small amount of marijuana you will be hit with a $100 fine and be on your way.
they should use the peoples money going after violent criminals and not a bunch of pot heads who really areny hurting anybody.
Yes, it was a ballot question yesterday and it passed 65% to 35%. Less than 1 ounce and you get a $100 fine and that’s it.
Don’t know ,but if they did that Scumbag ,Ted Kennedy had something to do with it.They should have voted that derelict out of office. With 400 million in the family I bet he will still collect Social Security and will be using medicare. He maybe collecting disability rite now.
It did…less than an ounce and it’s a misdemeanor…doesn’t show on your CORY either…just a citation.
Yes
Yes they did and it’s a very good step in the right direction.
