I do think it is a civil rights issue not because of who gets arrested but because of one of the reasons why marijuana was made illegal to begin with. I do think it is a civil rights issue just not how the NAACP describes. Race has nothing to do with it.
I’m sure we could radically reduce the funding of thugs above / below border if it were legalized. The tax savings for enforcement would be of astronomical proportions.
Agree that the oldest profession should be legal, zoned and regulated just like Europe. Probably the only subject that Europeans and I agree upon.
