Colorado: People Under 21 Banned From Dispensaries?
Anyone under 21 could be barred from medical marijuana dispensaries under a proposed change to regulations being considered by state lawmakers. Sen. Chris Romer, D-Denver, recommended the change Tuesday as the Senate held its first hearing on rules for medical marijuana dispensaries and growers that have cropped up around the state over the past year. The Senate Local Government and Energy Committee took testimony on the under-21 ban and other changes, such as requiring dispensaries to pay licensing fees of between $10000 and $35000 depending on their size.
