City bans K2; ordinance does not restrict other varieties
Olney City Council unanimously approved an ordinance during its meeting Monday to ban K2, a legal substance that has been sold by a local liquor store. The ordinance will go into effect in 10 days and will expire Jan. 1, which is when K2 will be outlawed statewide. The use and sale of the product will be prohibited.
