Of course. My neighbor smokes pot and I can smell it all the way from where I live. I live in a house so our houses are about 300 ft. away from each-other. It’s just a very strong smell. I suggest that you really shouldn’t be around that while your pregnant, as it can cause birth defects.
Funny situation actually. I had the same problem until my partner & I were forced to move out due to it affecting my baby. So, I know it’s really hard to keep away from that smell but if you can, just do it. It’s not worth harming your little bubs. And, I don’t know your neighbours, but it well & truly could be that they are smoking that wacky stuff. Don’t take my word for it though.
