Can I use a California medical marijuana card in Hawaii?
I know I’m going to get some flack for this, but I really do need the medicine. After five back surgeries, due to car wreck that was not my fault, traditional prescription medicines make me very ill. I have been trying to research online, but all I can find are a bunch of “stoner” websites. I am a working professional and want to follow the law to the best of my abilities. Once again, any help would appreciated.
No, dumbass.
They stake you down in the low tide so the crabs will get you when they come in.
You can’t. Hawaii has NO reciprocity with any other state’s medical marijuana scheme.
No. Those cards are only valid in the state they are issued. Also, don’t try to bring it on the plane. The TSA might confiscate it.
When you get to Hawaii, just talk to a cab driver or someone at the front desk of the hotel. They should be able to hook you up with some medicine while you are there. Just be ready for it to be a lot more expensive than it is in Cali.
You are only allowed to use your state rec, state or county card in the state you reside in. I don’t know why all the medical marijuana states don’t get together and allow each others patients to access their medicines, but they do not. You are not going to be able to legally access your medicine in Hawaii because your not form Hawaii. Your going to have to go black market to get your meds. Which is pretty chill here in Hawaii
