Can I be hired by a government agency if I have a legally registered medical marijuana card in California?
Can I be hired by a government agency like USFS (United States Forest Service) if I have a legally registered medical marijuana card in the state of California? I would like to know because I would really like my card and I would also like to work for the forest service.

Yes, you can.
Since the marijuana is medically-prescribed, they cannot deny you employment, although honestly, they may be a little wary.
Not if it is a job involving anything physical like driving or operating anything electrical. If you are high 24/7, I wouldn’t think you were in any shape to have a job anyhow.
