Can California medical marijuana dispensaries sell to Oregon residents?

With a prescription from a California MD, a CA. medical marijuana dispensary can sell to anyone.
However, possession and use of that marijuana in Oregon is governed exclusively by Oregon law.
You have to have a prescription from a California doctor and it helps to have a California Medical Marijuana ID Card, though I think you might have to have proof of California residence, since technically the laws governing medical marijuana in California apply only to Californians.
No you must be a CA resident and have proof (Driver license or ID card)before you can get you Medical Marijuana Recommendation from a doctor
