The problem with the “War on Drugs” as well as are Criminal Justice system as a whole is that we arrest people for things that make them a threat to no one other then themselves whether its Narcotics, Gambling or Prostitution & making our Prison System overcrowded & leaving less Prison Space for Dangerous Criminals.
I’m not for Legalizing Cocaine & Heroin but I would Legalize Marijuana & treat Heroin & Cocaine Addicts like the Patients that they are & send them to Drug Rehab & lock up Dealers.

I think it would be a more accurate statement to say “Re-Legalize Hemp & Cannabis”. The west coast states are gonna be legal soon and once you plant the seed there’s nothing the feds can do. Really it could be the biggest economic boost to our economy since we even had an economy! Renewable Hemp oil could replace petrolchemical plants/offshore drilling platforms etc., among others OR Nixon’s grotesque ‘war on drugs’ continues, and the govt keeps bending the ppl over. We decide
