If legalized, people selling it will lose money & all future profits will be earned 4 the federal or state government. Tax money earned will not go 2 poor or other areas where it is needed. To sell it, one would need a license & having it in a vehicle or clearly visible in public would result in fines. All alcohol laws & others would be pressed on weed smokers. In my opinion, for people to sell it & keep the money among themselves is better than all these congressional loopholes that will occur.
i hope they legalize it in Wisconsin.. lol
