i think in California the medical side will stay the same and maybe the price will go down.
if weed became legal, then the crimes with it would be changed in courts. hopefully with the positive non-crime related businesses will pay taxes and jurors will vote not guilty with criminal trials for weed. Jury nullification, will happen just like at the end of alcohol prohibition.

21? damn it… fuck that shit i’m still smoking.. but i think that they should have a tokers license… ie a test you take that confirms that you know how to responsibly smoke (as well as a test on etiquette) and marijuana should be allowed to be openly discussed in schools to educate kids under 21 about the legality situations as well as letting them know the science, thats what i did.. i mean by myself, and i’m a responsible smoker and in college at 17

I agree with ButchCivic on this one. There still needs to be some REAL research done on medical marijuana, Watch the movie “Run From The Cure.” They claim it CURES cancer when its boiled down to oil. This absolutely screams for more research.
I don’t agree with Tang on this one. There should be separate facilities for medical patients. Medical patients should pay less or not pay the tax. Also if you’re under 21 and have a doctors rec, then you should still be allowed to visit dispensarys.
