Most of your shit sounds correct. The only problem I have is with eating bread. It’s high in fat, and since THC is stored in fat cells, I would suggest cutting back on fats prior to your test. But I guess there’s worse things than bread.
Also, where did you get your facts on body weight? It sounds reasonable but you don’t look like a Doctor. Thanks for the tips.

That’s why you take a large Niacin (B3) or a B-complex dose (get pills) the day of: to dye your piss yellow.
