Who else could get that beautiful quality into Red River Valley? Everything Arlo touches resonates with his own special quality of seeing and caring and sharing.
I noticed right away that Alan fell in love with Dean Douglas by walking up to her while playing guitar looking straight into her eyes and admiring her beauty through song. It was a beautiful serenade:)
You lucky duck! You must have held on the that pick for days!
I got to see Arlo in concert in 2002, and he gave me his pick. Needless to say, I still have it put up.
I have never seen the show either, seems like an awesome series. I agree with you 100% that whoever production company the show was under should release a DVD collection of all 13 episodes.
So soothing….right up until the end! 😉
Thanks for posting all these videos from “The Byrds of Paradise”. I have never seen the show, but I’ve been to all of Arlo’s concerts in Toronto in the past decade. It would be great to see this series in DVD.
