im not sure what youre asking. but yes marijuana should be legal, the only reason it isnt is because it would be hard for the gov’t to tax it when so many people would just grow it themselves
legalizing pot would guarantee failure for all generations to come
Rolling papers can be filled with tobacco you know — it is possible and it was the original intent
You can choose to fill them with anything —mixed in the fashion or proportions of your choice of course but the manufactures stated purpose is for tobacco
So choice of the consumer is the apparent goal — and that has got to beat taking the stuffing out of a cigarette and refilling it
We haven’t reached through Darwinism a species yet responsible enough to add another substance that chemically impairs and only stays home doing it. you know damn well the only basis for your question is purely motivated by the “hopefully” legal future ability to get high? Look at your question……you’re even attempting to find a way to structure some sort of protective safety as justification to make it legal. Is lighting up that important to you?
Positives – Less crime, boost economy, individual freedom.

Rolling papers or not, this is long overdue. It’s a no-brainer.
Positives, saves billions of wasted tax dollars that are used in enforcement. Stops destroying families when a parent is arrested. Takes money away from the foreign drug cartels and puts it into the us economy. Creates millions of jobs from production to distribution. Ends the spread of misinformation about marijuana. Provides natural medicine to patients when nothing else will work.
Negatives….
That won’t work, people will just carry a dugout with them. In college we didn’t need papers or anything special to smoke, we could make a vehicle for smoking out of anything. (Pop can, pop bottle, etc,) and lots of people were never without their one-hitter.
The pipe lobby would like it.
I’m pro legalization, I think americans can handle it. It’s not a big deal to most Americans as it is, pretty much everyone knows someone who smokes. In places like Portland and Seattle that tolerate it, crime isn’t rampant, the whole city’s not stoned, life goes on. I’m not sure the point of sellling it seperate from rolling papers. That’s just a charade really. When I smoked it was always blunts anyway.
Not really the same concept to the guns and ammo – nobody gets hurt smoking a joint!
There are SO many other ways to toke up unlike a gun unless yours can shoot other objects like fruit loops and buttons etc.
I think doing this would serve no purpose really- would you also ban buying ALL smoking accessories
like pipes and blunts?Because they clearly state “tobacco only”
