Is there any such thing as a non-stoner who thinks marijuana should be legalized?
I doubt it. I would bet my life that everyone who doesn’t use marijuana is against legalization. They know how harmful it is and all of them hate people who use it so why should they support it?
While the legal gap decreases with every state victory, there remains a prevalent misconception that marijuana is a... Read More »

I HATE MARIJUANA BECAUSE I SMOKE CRACK ALL DAY LONG!! I STILL THINK IT SHOULD BE LEGALIZED. WIPES ASS WITH A MICHAEL BOLTON POSTER
Count me in…
Never took any narcotics in my life — except alcohol or administered as a component of medicine.
Narcotics are harmful, but Free people ought to be able to harm themselves in any way they please… (As long as various Obamacares don’t force others to help treat such harm, of course.)
Yes, me. I have never smoked and I think it should be legalized, with severe restrictions.
There’s always someone. I don’t believe in smoking up, but I don’t think that it should be illegal for others to do it. There is far worse out there, so I’m for the legalization here.
I can’t stand smoking Marijuana and I believe it should be legalized. Your dead wrong about it being harmful and dead wrong about your presumption regarding people who support freedom.
how do you know how harmful it is?
almost every study says that cigarettes and alcohol are more harmful and alcohol is just as much of a gateway drug?
Yes , me. I actually dispose it but people don’t need to go to jail for smoking a worthless weed.
This is obviously a joke account and troll post.
“and all of them hate people who use it” ~ he/she says….
Yes, me.
I think marijuana should be legal. I am not a stoner. I do not agree with using the drug for reasons other than medicinal purposes. That said, if it is going to be used for pleasure, it should still be legal. My reasons are this…Some, but not all, of the problems that come from illegal drug sales would disappear. If people want to fry their brains, then let them pay taxes on the product. That money could be used for good. The problem that would result is the same thing that we have now. Trying to keep a lid on the prices – as well as controlling insurance and pharmaceutical giants from inflating the prices so that lower income people could afford it.
Don’t mistake me for a lefty lol, and I don’t smoke anything, but …
Don’t be an idiot. Thinking Pot illegality will help anything is as stupid as prohibition of alcohol.
Pot illegality is motivating & funding the violence on the border with Mexico. It’s a win for the bad guys.
Also Pot is kept down by the Medical establishment because it’s an extremely effective medication for many problems & even diseases, even some cancers. It would cost them big money.
Would there be problems if it were legalized? YES! Would they be worse than keeping it Illegal? HELL NO! Legalizing Pot is the only intelligent course.
Yes. I am one.
My reasons are practical. Prisons are full of drug offenders, including people who broke laws regarding weed.
There are even a few serving life for weed violations (3 strikes rule).
Tax it and regulate it. It would also cut down on Mexican and gang drug trafficking
Me and I NEVER smoke it. I believe it’s not as bad as alcohol, yet, I can enjoy a couple of cocktails at home while my neighbor is considered a criminal if he enjoys a joint. As long as the same laws are enforced as they do with alcohol (driving under the influence, etc.), why not? It could bring in revenue.
I’ve smoked a handful of times in my life, when it was offered free. Never bought any.
I believe it should be legalized, heavily taxed, and regulated. Same laws as alcohol. Keeping it illegal is just moronic. People aren’t going to stop using it. Illegal sales send money out of the country, strengthen organized crime, and ruin peoples’ lives with felony convictions. Legal sales could be heavily taxed and the price would still be lower due to domestic mass production.
Yes, it’s harmful to your health (if you smoke it, baked goods and vaporizers are harmless). So are alcohol and tobacco. People who use them are accepting the risks.
