As of mid 2011, is marijuana legal anywhere in the United States under state law, not federal?
I know it’s not legal federally, just wondering if it’s decriminalized under any state law.
I’m not asking for you’re opinion on marijuana either.

No, it is most emphatically NOT legal in ANY state for ANY reason. This is common knowledge. It is illegal for a reason. And anyone who does drugs that they know are illegal is a pathetic loser with no life. If you abuse MJ, you will get caught, and you will be beaten up and thrown in prison. End of story. No excuses.
Medical Marijuana is legal in 16 states but I can only list 3 off the top of my head, AZ, CA, OR.
It’s legal for medicinal reasons in Montana. Caregivers (the people who grow the weed) have been busted for selling it to people without prescriptions a lot lately which is dumb because anyone can claim back pain to get a prescription (even high schoolers here have been smart enough to figure that out). And most of the caregivers smoke all they want and get paid to do it. So it very legal here if you go about it the right way.
They are trying to make it illegal again though.
