Yes it is, as it is grown with more care and is in a more pure state than the weed you’d get from your dealer down the road, who probably gets it off of a friend of a friend who grows it poorly under his house without the right amount of sunlight and dangerous amounts of pesticides in it. And also, in order for it to be considered medical grade fit for hospital use it needs to fit a certain criteria such as the potency of the THC spores. Very potent stuff.

Medical Marijuanna is the product of a carefully monitored environment. Essentially the answer to your Q is yes, simply because it has been grown to impeccable standards given ideal conditions for growth in the various stages of growth. As an experienced grower, it is extremely difficult to create outdoor that is of exceptional quality because you have to compete with a variety of factors. (light, water, soils, nutrients, rodents, heat, cold and my pet hate – some c unt finding your stash) This is not to say that bush is not as good, because i have grown bush that would take the back of your head out like a shotgun. It is just more difficult to achieve a yeild as opposed to a hydroponic setup, that provides exactly the right amount of and type of light, the right amount of nutrients and the right amount of water. I have seen both sides of the fence, and i know of a setup that can be harvested EVERY 60 days, and produces about 4lb per yeild. Personally i like bush better because it is natural and some of the best weed i’ve ever smoked was bush, but i don’t mind some hydro every now and then because it is also some killer bud, but all in all, i’d say the reason for medicinal being so good, is just growing conditions.
It doesnt have to be. People who grow and deal with high quality buds exist everywhere, not just in places where medical marijuana is around. Now Im not talking about the scwag, regs, dirt brick weed, or whatever you want to call it. The fact is medical marijuana comes from the same growers as alot of stuff you will buy from your local dealer.

No, Most people who supply medical marijuana grow it naturally in their backyard, as a service for the sick. I have never known any of it to be the stronger hydroponic pot, and I speak from experience.
Generally yes… if you’re buying from the shops in California (which unfortunately keep getting raided by the Feds since state law can’t supersede Federal law which still maintains marijuana is illegal, including for medical purposes) . If you are growing it yourself, or have a licensed caregiver who is growing it for you, then not necessarily, unless you or they are experienced and have high quality seeds.
