Yes because it is a medical prescription. Your marijuana is medicine not for recreational use. Prop 19 is for recreational use only. So you’ve no worries!
Marijuana is not legal. It’s up to the whim of the governmetn if they are going to enforce it or not. If prop 19 passes, it would be harder for you, since teh Fed has stated that they will send federal agents to enforce the drug laws. Also current California law does not legalize dispensaries. No one is enforcing the marijuana laws right now, but people looked back at the law last year, adn found that the law states no one can sell medical marijuana for a profit. We can grow it for a friend and give it to them, but we can’t accept money for it, atleast not beyond the cost of growing the pot. You might be too young to remember, but when we voted for it, you were allowed to grow your own, but there was a provision that stated that if you were too sick, that a coop can give it to them.
