It is legal in some states under state law, but Federal law does not allow it anywhere. There is no difference between possession and use.
depends on the state. but people have them anyways. and smoke them haha.
After 911 the government can see just about anything they want. So if you decide to grow, keep it a small operation or you may hear from the DEA. No matter what you can get in some serious trouble for this stuff. It’s best to just do it or don’t. Talking about it is what gets you caught. So…..just as a disclaimer…..weed is bad! Don’t do it or you will go to jail and be in a shower that you would never want to be in.
You can get into a lot more trouble having a plant than you would just having a small amount of pot. Plants can yield a lot of marijuana, and you can often be charged with a much higher possession charge based on the possibilities of your plant. At least that’s how it is where I live (MI). My grandmother grew pot a lot because she thought it was pretty. It was so funny to see the cops have to tell this little old lady she had to stop.
