one your wrong anyway two im growing a plant with lots of success right now its got 7 fingered leaves already and its 20 days old under only a 2700k red spectrum 23 watt cfl

You cannot grow plants using green and yellow light! What are talking about?!? The yeild would be soo shitty why waste your time and hurt your plants like that?

The lights your using are all wrong. The plants need specific blue and red light to grow veg and bud. Those lights are white so in the green/yellow spectrum which doesnt grow plants! Use metal halide or HPS!

yeah thats possible, mines about the same size. buy the daylight cfls at first(u gotta have some veg growth) they are like 2.50 for a pack of two at home depot. then after a week or two switch to a warm white cfl(looks more yellow). this guy has 42w cfl that put out 150. home depot has 42s that put out 200. 2 of those and four 23w(100w) and u have an equivilant of about 800w while only using 176w

the only thing is that the sides of those cfls will work better then pointing the top of them at your plants
