For a week out of each month I travel for business and would not be able to tend to my plants.

Sure, as long as everything, lights, water, etc is on auto pilot. Use the automatic system before you leave to monitor that it is working properly. Use perlite in the soil, it will release moisture as needed or those pretty blown glass balls that release water when the soil dries.

Set everything up so you have 3 weeks to make sure it all works…..well…..like clock work. Search on indoor marijuana grow automation. Actually best to leave out the word medical when searching for help on growing medicine.

Sorry dear I do not know, my father ( a retired Neurologist not druggie) has a MMJ grow house (legal Mary!!! ) And he tends to them numerous times a day. Try googling some help as the majority of people on here are kids who will just call you a pothead, druggie ETC….
