Tobacco should only be taxed when selling. Making a precedent of unconstitutional laws is a big wookie mistake.

Legalize it, its a fucking plant, no taxes, I shoudn’t be taxed for a tomatoe plant and not for a weed plant, stores should only have to pay taxes selling.

Government should butt out and let the free market place pick the winners. Many small growers is better that a few large growers.

canada has thier medium scale growers inspected by a fire marshall to make sure every thing is safe. why can’t we do that to?
