This is a lost interview I conducted with City Lights Bookstore co-founder Jim Chapel, from September of last year. Jim tells Marc Emerys story, from his humble beginnings as a clerk/manager to some of Marcs various defiant acts of civil disobedience. Marc is the ultimate civil libertarian. Plead his case to anyone who will listen.
