** I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT ONLINE SHOPPINg**?
yes its going to be my first time & i have a few questions.
i found alot of cute clothes on websites for school . ( mostly aeropostle)
questions =
1) what if i don’t like it or its to big or to small , what do i do with it?
2) my moms only worry is that .. you have to do it with a credit card & she think they can *steal* , is that possible?
3)i’ve never really bought any of their “bottoms” , but now im deciding to .. & i don’t know how it is size wize. like for example xxs would that be 0? & xs would that be 0 & small would that be 1 ? meduim would that me 2 ? – [ please explain & maybe tell me your sizes]
sorry if that sounded comfusing but please answer my questions [: && give me any tips or heads up ! ok thankyou :]
1) If you dislike it or the size is incorrect, you could exchange it at any Aeropostale store; bring the receipt just in case. You could also mail it back and have them exchange it and mail the new one to you, but I discourage this because of the shipping fees.
2) I’ve ordered from Aeropostale before, and it’s definitely a trusted website so you don’t have to worry about credit card theft. Anyways, it’s a giant chain store so as long as you order from their main website, aeropostale.com, you’ll be safe.
3) I’d suggest trying the jeans & etc on in store to find your correct size first, but it should goes somewhat like this:
00-0: XS
0-2: S
3-5: M
&etc.
Have fun shopping!
1) Return it. If you have a store near you, you can return it there. If not, you’ll have to ship it back.
2) It has to be done with a credit card, so yes they COULD steal it but Aeropostle is a very well known company/brand/whatever.
3) Erm… no. Surely you must own SOME bottoms? The sizing is pretty much the same as with most pants/skirts
well different stores have different policies on exchanges and returns when you buy stuff online (or in the store), but you should be able to find that info off the website. for example, this took me less than 30 seconds to find: http://www.aeropostale.com/helpdesk/index.jsp?display=returns&subdisplay=returns
~but all you have to do is find returns or customer service or anything of that nature. most sites have a spot where you can type it into their search engine too.
some stores’ sites have sizes (in inches) of you with their translation in sizes. otherwise, if it’s mostly one store, you could go in there and try on some pants to find your size. then you can go home and just pick out exactly what you want online! have fun =)
