Legal to sell salvia in Canada?
What is the legality of selling salvia in Canada?
It is not a controlled substance, and head shops sell them here but I am unable to find much online about the legality of selling it.
If I were just a normal citizen, could I sell salvia to other citizens?
Is there an age limit?
What if I sold it as “incense” or something.
Help is appreciated, thanks.

Who on earth would want to buy it?
You are correct, it is not a controlled substance in Canada, and regulations regarding its sale are really no different than selling oregano. You can sell it as salvia. I would recommend not selling it to anyone under 18, though, just to protect yourself.
