You can’t get in legal trouble as long as you only use it for smoking legal substances…Like a Hooka, flavored tabaccos are often, not always, used. The water cools the smoke making a more pleasurable event.
glass pipes and water pipes used for smoking tobacco are not illegal….the pipe only becomes illegal if/when it has residue from illegal drugs on it
so no ordering it is not breaking the law
