How soon until we find out if prop 19 passed?
The suspense is killing me.

hopefully the stoners actually get motivated for one day lol
Around 8:00 p.m., when the polls close.
So, smoke a bowl and go play Nintendo. That’s not even in my state and I hope it passes.
In about the time it takes to watch 24 episodes of “Spongebob”.
Enjoy the moment. This is the only thing stoners have to look forward too.
After this they have reached their climax.
But some time after the polls close. Even then the true count won’t be final until tomorrow, but we will have some idea of what is going to happen.
I haven’t smoked it in over 20 years but I hope it passes too.
The people are in charge… not the government.
I don’t live in California or smoke pot but I hope it passes…. just to pee people off….. hahahahaha…..
Probably won’t pass, since the final poll on the 31st listed it at 42% yes. Results come in at 8:00 PM.
I am strongly for legalization, but against Prop 19 as someone who has actually read and studied the bill. It actually increases the cost for a dispensary license (if it passes, a dispensary license will be $250,000+), and allows only a 25 sq ft grow space PER HOUSEHOLD, plus a $50 tax per ounce, effectively creating a monopoly for the millionaire Richard Lee who wants his own Marlboro, but for weed.It is so POORLY written that courts will interpret the bill as amending existing rights for medicinal marijuana patients (since just assuring people is not enough, the actual text of the bill is what is used for interpretation), which means they cannot buy plants from fellow patients (which is allowed under Prop 215) and they will not be allowed the same level of possession or grow space most likely. Plus, it increases penalties on minors by punishing an 18 year old who shares a joint with another 18 year old (a HIGHLY common thing) as a penalty worthy of 6 months+ (along with a hefty fine) in prison, when under recent decriminalization, smoking it under any circumstance is not the offense, it’s the possession.
Jack Herer (who before passing, wrote a much better bill and called Prop 19 ‘disgusting’): http://youthfederation.com/cchhi2012.html
Dennis Peron, the co-author of Prop 215, opposes Prop 19 as well. See, don’t let that Soros-funded propaganda fool you, it’s not just the corporate “Say no to drugs” fatcats that are against this.
Bad news. not good. The results already came in. Bad news it’s failed officially. The Result was: Yes 44% as oppose to No 56%. Meaning that Prop 19 has failed to pass to legalize weed. We still got old people who are still stuck in the 50s who voted no based on lies. Prop 19 didn’t pass it’s no lie :(.
@Dae blank, it didn’t pass numbnuts. did you read all over thw news yesterday? it didn’t pass fair and square.
