I am thinking about going to collage in California and wondered if I had a condition where marijuana would help, if they would even consider giving me a card to go purchase medical marijuana? Or do you have to be a resident to take benefits of this magical drug. (and by magical, i mean healing)

Technically no you cant…… but if you go into the doctors office you can bribe a lot of them off if you make the price right. Or just make friends with someone that owns a store, that is what i did.
