I am opening an online Head Shop. I make all my own pipes and was just wondering if I am allowed to sell pipes shaped like characters spoofs like the Simpsons, Family Guy, Presidents, Shirley Temple and so on without getting sued. I only sell pipes, boxes, and so on (No actual legal herbs or tobacco just hand made stuff). Thank You

Nope. You’d still need permission from the copyright owners for those characters. Selling caricatures of licensed images is not the same thing as “fair use” or “parody”.
