Even if prop 19 does succeed it would be in conflict with federal law, which still consider cannabis as a prohibited substance.

fruity pebbles. and yes it should be legalized, it has been shown with the way things are going with the economy, it will take like 50 million years to pay off America’s debt. legalizing marijuana and taxing it, can decrease the debt and reduce the years to pay it off by close to a few hundred years as opposed to millions. 😀
