@omega4chimp WTF!? CBD isn’t anti-anxiety, it’s basically anti-THC…Meaning that it does the exact opposite of THC, which in turn is nothing! CBD blocks the high of THC and does absolutely nothing else. It doesn’t get you high, it doesn’t make you laugh, but it does make you look dumb for smoking it in the first place.
man rory needs to get this bill going. this bill NEEDS to pass, and if it does, hopefully following soon thereafter will be a swift change in marijuana prices. mrmsgreen2009 is right, FUCK paying $20 for a joint with less than half a gram of bud in it. plus, how will ANYONE be able to afford paying that ridiculous of a price for medication they need?

as somebody born on guam i fully support legalizing marijuana, it would give me a reason to move back in the future. the states are spending way too much on a failed policy and are no longer interested in the well being of people who NEED their medicine. please do the right thing guam, and legalize the greatest plant on the planet.

Just THC-FREE weed should be legal like hemp becuase its had CBD which is actualy anti-thc,I smocked weed for five years and i quit just like that becuase i found out about CBD theres nothing in marijuana that makes it addicting,i finnished school and all that.
Yo Reasearch CBD in marijuana its better then THC because its anti-anxiety and makes you laugh.its industrial hemp that everybody should be smocking anyway. I for one like CBD more then gay ass thc.I smocked weed int he first place to laugh You probaly never even heard of CBD.
