Often people do “self medicate” for example getting stoned or excessive drinking or other recreational drugs. In general, these medications mask symptoms rather than help the individual function better. So, the answer to you question, can you get it, that is a function of how clever you are and how the system works. If the question is should you use it for treatment of ADHD, the answer it no.
