PROP 19 COMMON GROUND?
I am writing an essay based on a proposition and I need to find common ground between both sides (ones who agree with and oppose the legalization of marijuana) I already have a couple of things in mind, but I was wondering if anyone could think in other aspects how these two sides could share something in common. Please name your suggestions. Thank you!
I’m not asking for an opinion. I want to know if anyone can point out a motive that BOTH opposing parties share. Even though they both disagree, is there anything that they have in common?
I suggest burning it in it’s entirety. It is an entry drug and is the downfall of America
I have seen both sides say that the government should not regulate what an individual does with their body so long as it affects no one else. (not all from both sides but some)
This is my blog which i think will be very useful to you or anyone else curious about marijuana its effects and history and other stuff you would like to learn about it.
okay your original question is about legalization in California and in your details it is about legalization in general so i will go with prop 19 to get you informed about why it was good it didn’t pass.
prop 19 would of hurt the legalization of marijuana across the country more than it would of helped it. it would of put harsher crimes on marijuana then their are now. you wouldn’t be able to even have as much cannabis as medical users are allowed too and the medical users would of suffered from it being legalized. the passing of prop 19 was poorly written and it would of been hard to change if passed
