@SirWinstonChurchill
You do realize
alcohol was once illegal whereas marijuana was illegal due to taxations issues (stamps) also with its hemp (think of stem).
hemp,itself, its the strongest natural fiber. which in turn makes hemp a vast competitor to other companies.
Also to add another fact, there was a point in the US where growing marijuana was mandatory to most farmers.
By the way, you’re falling into propaganda.
@SirWinstonChurchill
Marijuano is not harmful in any way
comparing war with marijuana is like comparing a gun to nerf guns
Hope your’e trolling (:
Think even if the prop doesn’t pass after a few more years of suffering from the drug cartels more will change their minds, even though i think it has a good chance of passing
I’m pretty sure Oregon was the first state to legalize marijuana for medical use.
pot being legal will not mean more people smoking it will mean less people being arrested for smoking
Taxing marijuana will generate lots of IRS audits…
Sodom Hussein Obama just hired an army of IRS agents for this reason.
Just wait… That bar code or magnetic strip on your identification is there for a reason, all the information will cease to be private and your auto insurance rates will go through the roof, you will have mandatory drug testing as an OSHA standard… and taxing marijuana will pay for it…
@SharkTheArdvark
So, war is harmless for someone under 21, but marijuana is not?
You are one fucked up moron.
@SirWinstonChurchill difference between opinion and fact may be not important to you but it is very important none the less.
Second: Marijuana is harmless to adult users. Adults can be seen as 18 but in reality it’s best seen at 21 years. Harmless is not my opinion, it is the fact that in Adults no study has proved otherwise. So yes it is Harmless if you are over 21.
You need to back up your opinion with fact. I already said this and you simply did not deliver so will not discuss further!
@SharkTheArdvark
Adult use??? 18 = adult.
At 18 you can go fight a war, what the fuck is up with that bullshit?
But pot is harmless??? Stop lying… it does not need to be regulated at all.
If you are old enough to go to war, old enough to vote you should be old enough to smoke weed and old enough to have whiskey…
@SharkTheArdvark
Marijuana is against FEDERAL law, the IRS can do any damn thing they want when it comes to tax regulation. If pot is taxed, they have to report the tax to the IRS who makes all the rules.
Alcohol is Constitutionally protected, marijuana is not, so the IRS has a piece of the action…
@SirWinstonChurchill Why do you think they will swipe your driver’s license? care to show proof? You mention IRS will require it? So where is the proof of that? buying Alcohol needs an ID to verify you are legal age not to be in a database. Anyway either show proof or you are simply spreading lies.
if marijuana is harmless why we need regulation? In order to keep it from underage smoking. It is for adult use. I think saying harmless has been proven beyond a doubt after 74 years of prohibition
@SharkTheArdvark
Alcohol is most certainly tested.
Insurance carriers for worker’s compensation liability will require mandatory drug testing as an OSHA standard.
Just swipe your identification when you buy it, DMV will notify your auto insurance carrier and you’ll get a bill for the liability rider from the insurance company…
This will be more expensive than getting it from the drug cartels. The drug cartels respect your privacy, the state and insurance companies do not…
@SharkTheArdvark
If marijuana is harmless, why do we need it regulated?
Both sides are lying like a motherfucker…
NO on 19…
START OVER… ERASE ALL MARIJUANA LAWS…
@SharkTheArdvark
You should be able to grow opium poppies in your flower beds…
It is none of the government’s business…
You could learn a lesson from the Tea Party. Most of us don’t even want an IRS at all, but you keep feeding the monster with more and more taxes.
I don’t want taxes on marijuana or any other gift of nature, it does not belong to the government.
I WANT MARIJUANA TO BE JUST AS LEGAL TO GROW AS A TOMATO OR CUCUMBER…
@SharkTheArdvark
Right now, the Medical Privacy Act prohibits the release of information you are a medicinal user of marijuana.
When you can freely buy it at a state sanctioned store, they will scan your driver’s license and the information becomes fair game for insurance companies, government agencies, financial institutions and the IRS.
The IRS will require all retailers and non-profits to scan identification. Watch it happen… Register with the government as a marijuana smoker…
@SirWinstonChurchill sued by whom? And why is it different when it is legal from prescription cannabis now?
I think it is misguided to continue the failed prohibition against cannabis because we are worried by non-existent problems.
Cannabis does not harm people. For over thousands of years it never was a problem. Since the Prohibition though this has changed as people getting locked up and denied voting rights and denied student loans and grants.
Prohibition hurts people, not Cannabis
@SirWinstonChurchill I’m sorry but you are spreading completely unsubstantiated lies. Back to fear mongering are we? Prop 19 is not perfect but it really is a step in the right direction.
It is time for all of us to be on the same page. Cannabis does not harm people. Prohibition of Cannabis harms people. It is time to correct that and start by the golden state.
I guess as we are that close crazy lies start coming up.
Vote YES on Prop 19
@guest2424
Your insurance rates will skyrocket as well.
Your auto insurance will be about $500.00 a month.
Your worker’s compensation liability will be another problem. Drug testing statewide as an OSHA standard…
@SharkTheArdvark
Worker’s compensation liability insurance companies will require drug testing or they will be sued for billions…
The state will have to require it as well… and it will include marijuana…
Wouldn’t it be better to erase all the marijuana laws instead?
You should be able to grow this like a vegetable in your garden.
They are going to scan your driver’s license when you buy pot at a state controlled retailer.
Your auto insurance is going to go through the roof.
Your worker’s compensation liability will require new drug testing.
Your firearm permit will be revoked.
Your privacy is gone forever.
NO on 19… IT IS A LIE…
@KripDrip … old people die off, young people are born every day …. there are more young people then there is old people … + smokers would come out in record numbers to vote , just like the blacks did for Obama !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2:28 guy looks like his on fucking meth.
hypocrite.
more weed availible means usage would skyrocket right? bullshit. just bullshit. i mean with the kinda potency were gonna see thats like playing beer pong with vodka. lots a fun but ya aint gonna be marathonin that shit
@KripDrip 1st of all, marijuana isnt addictive and this isnt just about the money. Its good that you also want tobacco and alcohol made illegal beacause millions die every year from using it. Yet marijuana causes no harm. Prop 19 regulates marijuana like alcohol and puts strict rules for people distributing it to minors.
@KripDrip well what you just said proves my point to why you should legalize all drugs because americans will do what they want and this means that they will do drugs whether their legal or not the only difference is if it was legal then the moneys out of the gangs hands.
